All incidents or accidents which involve LDFC players, coaches, or spectators at LDFC matches or events should be reported if they require medical care beyond basic first aid. All submitted reports will be reviewed by the Club Children's Officer in case any follow-up actions are needed and ensure LDFC committee members are made aware of the incident.
