We are a soccer club catering for boys, girls & adults from Ballina/Killaoe and surrounding areas.  We play in the North Tipperary Schoolchildrens Football League (NTSFL)

What Does Lough Derg FC Offer?

·         A player centred approach were young players can learn and enjoy the game in a safe and fun environment.

·         An academy from u6 to u11, where players focus on learning and enjoying the game in a non-competitive environment.

·         In the competitive age groups u12 to u16 Lough Derg FC fields squads to suit all abilities, with squads competing in the Premier leagues and also in Major and Div 1 leagues, where players are challenged and developed at the appropriate level.  We also field squads at youth and adult junior level.

·         Entry to NTSFL leagues, cups, plates and shields.  Entry to the SFAI national cups.  Entry to non-competitive blitzes.   Squads often enter tournaments at local, regional, national and even international level.

·         Top of the range playing facilities at Clarisford Park as well as floodlight all weather training facilities at Clarisford 3G.  Other training facilities are also used in the Ballina Killaloe locality.

·         Certified coaches and a continuous coaching education programme.

·         Branded club kit and merchandise

·         A proven track record for player development with a growing number of players gaining selection to league ETP programmes, Regional Centres of Excellence, League of Ireland and even National Development squads.
