Now that another successful season has ended, the time for our AGM is upon up. This years AGM will take place online on Thursday 8th July at 8.00pm.

The AGM is open to all paid up adult members, and any parent/guardian of a paid up juvenile member.
All members are invited to nominate themselves for a role on next year's committee, or to bring any motions of change.
As a member this is your opportunity to have your say in how the club is run and to see where all registration fees and fundraising money goes.
Please be advised that nominations for positions on next year's committee, and any motions must be received in writing no later than 8pm on Thursday 1 st July to barber.stuart@ymail.com. Please note that nominations will not be taken from the floor at the AGM.
