As a result of being inundated with queries on registering teams, we have made it easier by amending online registration to allow for individuals to enter and pay online as part of team of four or we can assign you to a team if this is your preference.  The course is designed for fun and for all levels of fitness so why not give it a try.

We have simplified the rules!

On foot of significant queries and substantial interest from teams, there is NO longer a pre-defined eligibility criteria for senior teams, save that participants must be 13 years or over.  In other words, it is NOT necessary to have one female, one person over 35 years or one person under 21 years.  We are happy to register any team of four persons of 13 years Or over.  Please note that any team comprising  participants of 18 years and under must have parental consent.
